Au Pair job description

The Aupair will be required to help with the children. We have a full time cleaner so the Aupair will only have to help with light cleaning. We are flexible but normal hours of work are betwen 8am until 5pm. The Aupair will be actively involved with the family and will be an active member to whatever extent she wishes. We need someone who will help clean around the house in the mornings, help make lunch and speak to our children in Czech in the afternoons. Do daily activities with them and teach them better Czech in a fun way. Also someone who will be able to cook or willing to learn to cook. You will receive 400-500 Euros a month. We are also very happy to have a couple to help in the house.

Family's Message to Au Pairs

Dear Aupair, We are an English/Austrian family with all of our children speaking both German and English and a little Czech. We had been living in Prague for the last year and travel back and forth every week. My husbands family were originally Czech and it would be possible to travel back to Czech Republic regularly with the family. Normally in Holidays. We would like to find and open and flexible girl who would like to experience new things. We have a Manor House/Schloss and there is always plenty of activity. We are a friendly family and would be very happy to involve our new Aupair in all aspects. We have always had super Aupairs (normally Hungarian) before and now feel the need to find a Czech speaking girl. We would like our children to learn the czech language. Maybe you can sing czech songs and play czech games with our children and that way teach them your language in a fun way. Do you think you can manage that? Then you are the right person for us. You will have your own room and your own kitchen-living-area with a TV Sat-reciever. In Winter our kids love to ski. We live near a few ski resorts (Öblarn is near Haus, Schladming, Ramsau, Dachstein). So is would be great if you are able to ski aswell. We hope to be able to find someone that fits in with us.
