Au Pair/Nanny job description

I am a 23 year old Turkish guy living in the best part of Istanbul, Bebek. We own villa with a beautiful sea view of Bosphorus fahter lives on the top floors. What I am looking for is a girl who speaks English and and who will clean my house floor is 100m square which will be easy to clean.I need someone who will do real cleaning.I go to the University of Bosphorus.I am learning English.I also want this kind of experience becuase my father wants me to speak English good so I can train it with you your free time I will show you around Istanbul which is one the greatest city in Europe.You will have a great time herer right now I am little skeptical so one month for now will be fine.But this can change one you come here and we see that we like the way we work you will be more than welcome to stay offering 200$ per week but we can still negotiate on price depending on how we go on with the deal.
