Au Pair job description

I will need a new AUPAIR in September 2010. Our au-pair should take care of my son during afternoon hours talking to him ONLY in English. A very GOOD ENGLISH and LOVE for children are a MUST! In the morning the aupair will be completely free, because I take my son to school. It will be necessary to stay at home with him in the morning only IF he is sick or if the school is closed for any reason (very rare during the year). The aupair has to take my son home after school, prepare him a healthy snack, play with him in a sane and clever way. The au-pair should help in houseworks, but our flat is very easy to keep cleaned. I will apply regular rules for au-pair contract normally applied in Italy. I will need a new AUPAIR in September 2010.

I will need a new AUPAIR in September 2010. Dear Au-pair, first of all I can assure you that in our home you will find a very friendly and familiar atmosphere. My son is very smart, clever, sweet and nice, he is very used to aupair since the fact the we already had three !! In the pictures you will see Nathan in October 2009. I have just moved to Athens for work reasons, and here I need to find a very reliable aupair who could take care of Nathan (and his things/toys) when I am out. The main job of the aupair will be taking care of my son and playing with him during afternoon hours, after school. Sometimes could be useful to make some light meals for him. If we consider that the aupair could stay with him till dinner time (19.00), it means that she/he could use the first hour (15.00-15.30) to put some order, and the rest of the time playing and taking care of my son. Italian rules normally applied in Italy (for sure more generous that those applied in Greece because the cost of living in Italy is higher than that one in Greece) say that aupair works for 30 hours/week (5 hours for 6 days, Sundays always free) + 2/3 evenings per week of babysitting; on the other hand, the family offers bedseat, food, and a pocket money of 350 Euro/month (Metro Card included).
