Au Pair's Message to Families

Dear Family, I have wanted to be an Au Pair for quite some time, and, as I am finishing my secondary school education, I think this would be perfect timing for a gap year also. I love to have fun, full of energy with a vibrant personality. I am extremely confident with myself and my abilities. I am always willing to put 100% into anything I do, and I assure you, being an Au Pair is no different. I love to challenge myself and others, to see how far I can push my personal best, and I love seeing the personal best come out in others. I'm very tolerant, and not a lot can faze me once i have my heart set on a goal. I have had more than 200 hours childcare through babysitting with other families every weekday morning, and looking after children whenever I have had a spare day to lend a hand! I love to travel, read, watch movies, and any form of outdoor activity, from swimming to horse riding or even just camping. Family is very important for me. I have a rather large family, and I love them all. I believe that a strong Family relationship and nurturing home are the most important thing in a childs growth and evelopment. Even though I am 18, I still appreciate having my family home to come back to, after a hard day at school or at work. I absolutely love family day outs, and homecooked meals can not be beaten!! I am sure that I will be placed with a loving family, and I already cannot wait to meet you!!
