Au Pair/Nanny job description

We are a Christian family. We have 3 daughters (one is adopted) and we are looking for a full time nanny/aupair. We run our own company and we need an commitent aupair who can be firm/strict and also kind and loving. Prefereable you do have a christian background. Our kids are well behaved. We do homeschooling so we will ask you to take part of education and teach our children. (we use spanking as last resort)
