Nanny job description

Father M. works in IT and mother B. is a self-employed art director working part-time from home. We are seeking a responsible, flexible and loving babysitter for 2 days a week and the occasional evening. Main duties will be taking care of our little girl, with some light housework. Babysitter must already have a valid working visa for Japan -- we cannot sponsor.

Family's Message to Nannies

Hi, we're a Dutch / Colombian-Australian family living in Tokyo. We speak Dutch and Spanish with our little girl Mayra (born Jan 2009), though the household language is English. We speak basic Japanese as well. As a family we enjoy music, spending time with friends, (salsa) dancing, arts and the outdoors. For the days that mom is working we need a flexible babysitter. We might also ask you to babysit the occasional evening. You will be taking care of Mayra (playing together, feeding her, putting her to sleep, taking her for walks outside, etc.), and doing some light housework. We're looking for a responsible and open-minded person with a warm and bright personality, who loves kids and ideally has experience taking care of babies.
