Au Pair's Message to Families

Dear Family, My name is Krista and I am 25 years old, currently residing in Toronto, Ontario. I graduated from College in April 2008 with a diploma in Fashion Business. Being from northern ontario I have a very large, tight knit extended family, having 17 younger cousins alone. This meant lots of quality time playing with them, and taking them to the park while our parents were busy spending time together. This past summer I was a Au Pair in Ottawa, Ontario to 4 great children ages 7-13! I had the best time of my life and grew very attached to the children and their parents. I grew to love the as my family and will never forget the times we had together:) I have also been a full time babysitter for 3 young girls while their parents were out of the country for several weeks. From the age of 15-18 I assisted with 2 dance classes per year teaching kids aged 3-7 dance. This was one of the most exciting experiences, knowing that you are aiding in their growth and being with them when they mastered that final step:) My passions and interests are dancing, singing,acting and cooking. I love the outdoors such as swimming, biking and day trips to the park with a fun picnic:) I am an easy-going and educated individual looking for a great opportunity!
