Au Pair's Message to Families

Dear Host Family, my name is Antonia, I am 22 years old.I was born in Croatia and lived 16 years in Stuttgart in Germany. I life in El Sobrante in California since August '09 as an Au Pair with a great family. Unfortunatel current family on't need an A Pair anymore from next August for their 4 year old son Andrew. In germany I was an hairdresser and went to the united states to make more experiencese time I spend with Andrew here in California is great -we have a lot of fun. Now I am surching for a new friendly,lovely and humorfull family. I really enjoy beeing in the united states and would love to spend more time here with a nice family and I would especially like to work more with children. I have a lot experiences with children, especially with young children. I´ve also done an internship in a german kindergarten with children ages 3months to 6 years. I have a drivers license since 3 years without any ticket or accident and since a few weeks I also own the Caifornian drivers license. I woud describe myself as an open mindet,happy,corious,loving,patient and hard working person with an "easy character".I love be outside in the nature, doing sports,reading books and I love to cook.I mostly spend my free time with my friends and like to do outdoor activities. In germany I was living in flat with a flatmate, I am used to do housework. I am a really neat person,so I would also like to help you with your household. Taking care of children is not justa job for me,I enjoy it and like to spend time with them. The last 2 years I had my greatest childcaring experience with Lea(3) and Simon(2), which are the children of my flatmates brother.I liked to spend the time outdoors with them,going to the playground,hiking,swimming and to zoo´s but also cooking together,bath and feed them and playing games. Of course I have experiences with other children too,especially in my time her with Anrew(4) which will continue till August '09.I never had any problems or issues with my family here and we have a great relationship.
