Au Pair/Nanny job description

Hi, We are a family of 4 with a 5 year old son, 14mth daughter, and an adorable little dog. We require a fun-loving live in or live out nanny that speaks english well and has a Canadian passport or visa. We would like someone that has experience with children, and first-aid or willingness to get first-aid training. We would like someone to start as soon as possible, but we will wait until we have the perfect person for the job. We are negotiable on salary depending on the situation. (live in or live out? willingness to do housekeeping as well? and hours required) We would mostly require evening and weekend help with occational overnights and housekeeping tasks if willing. We only require for the most part 20-30 hours per week and that could be flexible around other jobs. We also have other families that would be interested in part-time babysitting for extra hours. While I am not a member, I will probably become one in the next few days.
