| Family's Message to Au Pairs |
| Dear super star au pair, Hi my name is Brody, I am a 6yo boy who loves to draw, gymanstics, swim, lego and play footy with my friends. I have a sister Holly, who has just turned 4, she is looking forward to starting swimming lessons and dance lessons next year now that she has grown up. Mum always says she seems more like she is 14 sometimes. My sister and I have great fun most of the time, but sometimes we both like our own space to do our own thing. Next year I am starting grade 1 and Holly goes to Kindy, so mum's asked me to write the letter to let you know we are looking for an au pair to help in school holidays and before and after school. I should tell you that we are really loud and energetic. Even mum and dad are really social and definately not shy. Everyone in my family enjoys times with friends, or just the family, and there never seems to be a weekend we do nothing. Dad works away through the week and mum works full time. They are also renovating our home a bit to make it all new again. So our life is really busy. If you think you would like to be our au pair, we hope you will arrive around 29 December or early January. We hope you are really outgoing, able to make new friends, interested in regional Queensland rather than a big city. You'll need to be able to drive a medium sized car, and have energy to keep up with my sister and I as well as a bit of housework to keep mum happy. There is lots to see and do in our area, islands and national parks or beaches. We hope to hear from you soon. Brodes and Hols |
