Au Pair's Message to Families

Dear host families, I'm a 20-year-old student living in Vienna, Austria. I'm studying English and Sports to become a teacher. I've been an aupair twice: I returned from a one-year long stay in the USA as an aupair in September 08. I took care of 3 kids (3,7,8)during my stay in California, USA for about 40 hours a week. I enjoyed picking them up from school, assisting with homework, driving them to different sport activities, ... . In summer I took them to the pool, to the park, to the zoo,... . I was an aupair in Ireland last summer. The kids I took care of were 7, 11, and 12. I enjoyed playing outside with them, reading books, going to the beach, doing arts and crafts, ... . When I was about 12 I used to be a gymnastics trainer. In my group were about 5 kids between 6 and 12 years. I also took care of friend's/relative's kids occasionally. I am a kind and responsilbe person. People can always rely on me. I can be both active and calm. I like sports and having fun hanging out with my friends, but I also enjoy reading books and watching movies.
