Nanny job description

Location: Glebe/Forest Lodge (Inner West region of Sydney City) Total Hours: Between 40 - 50 hours per week Days: Monday - Thursday (full-time) or Monday - Friday (variable hours) Duties: A nanny is required to care for our 2.5 year old son. The position also includes cooking his meals and carrying out light household duties (to be negotiated) during his daily sleep. We are looking for someone with a genuine work ethic and who is willing to become part of our friendly family on a long-term basis. Experience, initiative and an interest in child development are essential requirements. The mother works from home regularly and therefore the person must feel comfortable working in the same environment. Family Interests: Music (violin and guitar), reading, languages and culture (the mother speaks German and the whole family is currently learning French). We do not have a television.
