Nanny's Message to Families

Dear Family, My name is Daria, I am a caring, energetic and creative 23 year old college student . I have been working with kids over 4 years, and 2 of them as an au pair in the USA in two wonderful families,with whom I still stay in touch. I enjoy working and being with kids, and besides my natural aspirations, I have a lot of experience: I have been watching multiply kids-- in my first family I had 4 year old triplets, and I have done all day nannying with them and their older brother,who was 7 years old-- preparing them to school in the morning, taking them to different activities in the afternoon, reading books, cooking, doing homework and creating art projects. In my second host family in Chicago, I got a full time experience taking care of a 7 year old boy with ADHD. Although I love having fun with kids, I also understand fully the responsibility that is connected with it. I also pay a lot of attention on preparing balanced and healthy meals and snacks for kids, since nourishment is so important for their growing (in fact, I have reached some success not only in preparing healthy meals, but also in making kids eat them :))) Now, since I moved to San Francisco to study for the college degree in architecture,I am looking for a good family here, in Bay Area. I consider myself as a responsible and organized yet fun, loving and creative person. My interests include reading ( I just LOVE books), sport ( especially swimming (I have a grade in it, and could teach kids how to swim), running, bicycle riding), art and architecture, traveling. I also love to cook, but I haven't reached the advanced level in cooking yet :) I have a valid driving license and a clear record with a lot of driving experience on the regular every day basis.
