Nanny job description

I am a stay at home mom, We currently have a daughter who will be 3 in December. We are expecting twins who will also arrive in December. I am looking for someone to help me maintain sanity while adjusting to life with twins and a 3 year old. I am looking for someone who can help me with daily chores, getting my Daughter up and fed and some fun time spent with her while I tend to the twins. I would like help to relieve me when I need a break from the babies, 1 on 1 time with my daughter or even a nap! Those duties would include baby cuddling, diaper changes, feeding etc. I would also like someone to help me keep up with laundry and cleaning as well as food preparation. I am a relaxed, easy going mother looking for someone to help me be a better mom to all 3 of my kids. I would like someone who takes intiative to do things needing to be done rather than waiting to be told or asked. I would like a compassionate, warm and loving,patient and reliable person I can count on.
