Au Pair/Nanny job description

I'm a recently separated single dad. My daughters need some one to take care of them and of the house in general. I'm looking for a professional nanny with experience that can teach my kids discipline, respect, good manners, and aid in their teaching. Love and care comes first. We live in a villa with a swimming pool. We can enjoy the beach in December here in Jeddah. We will also be traveling around the world with the Kids at least once a year.
