Hello Family! My name is Danae . I am an 18 year old healthy, easy going, responsible, fun loving Lady. I love kids and have been taking care of children my whole life.I am looking to be a full time live-in Au Pair. I want to be an Au Pair because I genuinely love children and have a heart for them. I love being around children and interacting with them, it is a great joy for me. I also love to travel and be amerced into a different culture. I am also keen to learn a different language. I have been a live-in Au Pair for a wonderful family of 4 (2 boys five, and 2.5)in New Zealand for 5 months now, and am finished in May of 2010. This was my first experience outside of the U.S and have enjoyed every minute of it. So now,I am looking for a new family to welcome me into there lives. I love to be interactive with children whether it is going for a hike, swimming, or hand painting. I take suggestions, and am open for ideas about daily activities, as I am always thinking of fun things to do! I've always developed close relationships, and quickly bonded with the families (children and parents) that I've worked with. I also am very good with small infants. I have CPR training and was once a lifeguard. I am also willing to do house work. I am a very honest, outgoing, and dedicated hard worker. I always have a positive attitude and am very excited to become a part of someone’s family. I have been turned down many times due to my age. Even though I am 18 I have had 4 years nanny experience and 5 years of babysitting experience. I am very mature for my age and know what it takes and the hard work that is behind being an Au Pair. I am willing to travel and am not worried about home sickness. I am very positive about being able to find the right family and the right fit.
