Au Pair/Nanny job description

I am looking for an individual who can be a role model for my son. I am not expecting you to be my son's new parent more like a big brother or sister to him. You will be required to play and develop his knowledge and understanding. You will also be required to take him to nursery groups, swimming lessons and other groups that would beneift him however transport would be provided and therefore it is important that you have a drivers license. Other duties will be to wash and occassionally baysit however you will recieve extra money. It will be required that you have all of the correct paperwork to enter and work in the UK, you will also need to have a CRB check done and provide the certificate prior ot being accepted for the job. Your experience in the UK should be maximised, therefore i would reccomend that some studying be done in the UK to further your skills, introduce you to a different network of people, encourage friendship and your social life.

Family's Message to Au Pairs and Nannies

Dear potential 'family mamber' :) I am a 20year old single mother who has an amazing, soon to be 3yr old son Callum who is full of life, fun and laughter. My son is an incredibale joy to be around, lights up the room and can always bring a smile to all faces. He is my life and therfore i wish to have someone who can enter our lives and be part of the family ensuring his life continues to be full of love and laughter, where he can develop his skills in a safe environment around an individual he can grow to trust. My family may be small but we are very active and enjoy experiencing life with anyone who feels they want to participate. My life envolves my son and my job. I am currently a member of the Armed Forces (British Army) and live on an army base, therefore you would always be around a close community and be able to make use of the Gym, sauna and steam room on the camp as well as many single individuals who you can create a good friendship base with. Bedford the town i live in is surrounded by many shopping areas, outdoor areas for numerous activities and is only 30mins away from the centre of London which can cater for all your needs. The area has education facilities nearby should you wish to further your education which i would recommend. Any other requests can be spoken about should you ask. The qualities i am looking for is an individual who enjoys spending time with children and finds a place of joy when they learn and develop through your doing. I am looking for someone who is dedicated and can work with initative who would not mind general tidying at times and doing the odd job however i appreciate that you are paid to take care of my son and not my life. I do think its important for you to have some time to yourself and develop a god network of friends for during the week and at weekends. The salery would be around £60 per week with extra money for babysitting duties and you would be put onto the car insurance as to use the car when needed.
