Au Pair/Nanny job description

We are a busy fun family of 5 with 3 children aged 11yrs, 8yrs and 6yrs. Our 6 yr old requires a gentle touch. He has Osteogenesis Imperfecta (Brittle Bones) so he requires constant supervision when doing physical activities... But is very bright and active. The 8yr old and 6yr old are home schooled so there is always something fun to do with them :) They are bright, happy outgoing children who are a delight to be around. Our 11yr old attends the local intermediate school but enjoys a nanny who interacts with her also. We run a busy business from 2 locations, but mostly I work from my home eking a person who loves children, is responsible, is organised, is self motivated and fun to be with. You will be treated as part of the family :)
