Au Pair's Message to Families

I'VE BEEN FOUND BY VERY NICE FAMILY Thank you!!! I will be their au pair until April My contact with children is really good. I have two nephews: Mateusz is 8 and he is a very active boy, Michal is 3 months and he is my godson - you can see him on my photograph. I love spending time with them! What is more, I often play with my neighbours children, when their parents are busy, or I help them with their homework, especially in mathematics. I live with my sister from time to time, as I do now and I spend much time with Mateusz. I prepare his breakfast, sometimes a dinner, we play board games together as well as plays like hide-and-seek or different games created by us. We go for a walk with his Labrador or we do many outdoors activities like playing soccer, going to the playground, riding a bike etc. Mati is very imaginative boy and it is often very funny because of our ideas. I like helping him with lessons or learning German or English. He always wants me to read him stories before the night, too. I organized birthday parties with Mati's friends and they were delighted. When a newborn baby appeared, I gave him a lot of my attention and love, but of course I have time also for Mati. It doesn't matter how old are your children, you can be sure that they will have brilliant older sister. However, I would like to take care of newborn babies. My sister has 3-months old son Michal and I love spending time with him. Bathing, changing diapers, feeding, helping to fall asleep, soothing crying baby are regular duties and of course I can do all, but I know how important is making the baby happy. Seeing a smile on a tiny head is a wonderful feeling, isn't it? I intended to go as an au pair to the United States this month, however I had to change my decision, because I cannot afford to leave my country for 12 months. Next year I am going to go to the University. I would love to experience life in Spain as well as learn this beautiful language, however I could consider each interesting country.
