Hi I am Sarah 25 years old graduated as Bachelor of Early Childhood Education at Philippine Normal University. I was born in Tibiao,Antique. Philippines. I’ve been working as a preschool and grade one teacher from June 2005-March 30 2009. I'm a calm person, I delight in learning new things, have good morals, I am open-minded, caring, patient, responsible, trustworthy, reliable, loving, god loving, creative, productive and approachable. I am easily adaptable and someone who dives into everything with my entire personality and heart. It has always been one of my dreams to be an au pair to help a family deal with their daily lives. I am someone who tries to live life to the fullest, and I feel as if this would be the perfect opportunity. I’m the eldest of the three siblings. My goals why I would like to be an aupair is to experience American culture, help children find those areas of life that meet the needs of their personality, study something new, improve my English, to delve into another culture, and to gain new experiences. These are my Seminars and trainings: The role of play in Preschool, Creative Teaching for the Early Years..A demo fest, Seminar on Crime Prevention, Drug Awareness and $exual Harassment, Applying Intelligences Approach to Teaching, The Teaching of Reading, Parental Involvement in Early Literacy, The Content Area Teacher: A Reading Teacher , First aid and Basic Life Support. Professional Growth Seminar “Quality Education for Lifelong Learning, Lifelong Education For Sustainable Development, New Thrust for Transformation and Competitiveness.” I’ve Experience teaching preschool and grade one for fours years, Babysitter to one year old, tutoring grade 1 for four years. My experiences with children have been very rewarding; I care all children in my family, cousins, nieces, nephews and neighbors. I have always loved being with children that’s why my course is Bachelor of Early Childhood Education. Teaching is like no other profession. As a teacher, I will wear many hats. I will, to name but of a few of the roles teachers assume in carrying out my duties, be a communicator, a disciplinarian, a conveyor of information, an evaluator, a classroom manager, a counselor, a member of many teams and groups, a decision-maker, a role-model, and a surrogate parent. Being a teacher and a childcare worker perform a combination of basic care and teaching duties. Being with the children tested my patient and passion for giving them my love and care. My experiences teach me how to be more patient, responsible, cool and happy together with the young children. Helping children grow, learn, and gain new skills is very rewarding. I believe love is the main ingredient in dealing with children. I am fond in dancing, singing, sports, travelling, swimming, hiking and cooking. I love watching movies with my friends and family. I am an active member of choir in our church, where I participate in a music band for worshiping god. I love to sing and worship god. My relatives and friends use to describe me as friendly, sweet, loving and eminent as a simple fighter. They say I am good friend that wants to help others, someone you can approach without second thoughts. I am honest and sincere friend. It will be a pleasure for me to take care of your kids. I will really enjoy playing with them all day long, any sports or any game. Teach them to explore new things. I hope you give me a chance to be part of your family. It is a great experience for me to be with your family and working also. I am willing to share my ability as well as my love to each member of your family.
