Au Pair job description

We have two businesses that we have just taken on and I am finding it a struggle to manage this and raise four kids. I am very tired and drained and I need a live in back up, someone to be able to help in the mornings with getting kids off to school and to help in the afternoon at that hectic time with dinner and bath and bed. There will be a couple of full days when the wee ones aren't at daycare and I am at work, but there are also days you will have off. Occasionally there might be a weekend day needed and also the odd babysitting. I need someone with a full drivers license to be able to get the girls to dance or gymnastics. You also would need to be able to swim as we live at the beach and I want the kids to be able to enjoy the beach this summer and get water wise (I can't swim!). You will be required to take care of all the childrens needs around the house i.e. washing/beds etc. Basically just looking for that extra pair of hands to help me around the house.

Family's Message to Au Pairs

Dear Au Pair, we have four beautiful, loving children. Robbie is 12 years old and starts college next year, next is his first sister Grace who is 6 1/2, then comes Maddie at four and lastly their baby brother Jamie is two. Like I said above we have just taken on two businesses and finding it a struggle to juggle everything. I feel like the kids are missing out as I don't have the energy to spend quality time with them. They are not doing any sports or anything outside of school, which is not fair. Everything is so rush rush in our lives and I would like someone to be able to come in to ease the load and to take the children to things that they enjoy and thats going to help them. I need to spend more time at work to support my partner and this is impossible with children. We run a hotel with a gaming lounge and a cafe/bar. We have just taken on another gaming lounge/bar/restaurant. Very exciting but very busy! Our children are a lot of fun but they do fight like any other family, and I think having someone else around thats younger and more fun with more energy might stimulate them and give them something else to do other than fight! As I said above we live at the beach. Everytime I drive home I feel very lucky that we live here. School and day care is walking distance as well the shops. You can also walk to the beach and you can drive on the beach too. We have rock pools that fill up when the tide has gone out which is nice and warm and safe for the wee children. Our beach is a surfers beach too. I hope this sounds appealing to someone out there and look forward to hearing from someone.
