Au Pair/Nanny job description
The primary responsibility will be to assist my wife in caring for our newly born baby girl. In addition to this it is extremely helpful if you are able to cook for my wife -- who is Chinese. When time permits in the day we would expect some general house cleaning to be completed as well, but only if the above two items are completed first and there is time.

Family's Message to Au Pairs and Nannies
UPDATE: We are having trouble finding ways to get a visa for an Au Pair to come and work with us in China. Will work on solving this and then begin to contact. Sorry for the delay but the Chinese government is proving to be difficult in this matter.

We are a mixed family with me being Canadian and my wife Chinese. This means that our household speaking both English and Chinese although you need not be fluent in both -- but at least one. :)

My wife is on maturity leave until Feb 2010 and then will return to work. This means that until that time she will be at home. Our baby girl (Riley) was born on Sept 8th, 2009.

Au Pair Testimonial...
I have been on many au-pair-websites like this, but yours is truly the best. In less than two weeks I found a wonderful family and I am going to Switzerland for ten weeks. If I am ever interested in becoming an au-pair again, I will be back. Thank you!
