Au Pair/Nanny job description

We are from Hawaii living in Yokohama Japan. We have twin boys that are almost 2 years old. They are healthy and a lot of fun. Father is White, born and raised in Hawaii. Mother is Japanese, born and raised in Hawaii. We are looking for someone who is easy going and will fit in well with our family. We have an extra bedroom in a private home in a nice neighborhood. We would like an au pair/nanny who is willing to go on walks with the boys in a nearby park. They go to daycare most of the days so we need someone to take them and pick them up. We have an automatic car but it is not necessary to know how to drive because the daycare is very close. We also would like someone who is fluent in Japanese and reading would be a plus. This position is not full time and would be really good for someone who is interested in living and exploring Japan. Thanks
