Hello! My name is Elsa, currently 25 years old. I am an adaptable and friendly young woman looking for an opportunity to use my heart, knowledge and experience and be a part of your family. I am reliable, respectful and responsible with a happy-go-lucky personality. I am a confident and mature nanny who thrives and takes pride in working and developing with children.
I believe in heart-based and stimulating interactions with children, where creativity and exploring are a big focus. I understand the importance of developing children’s emotional, intellectual and physical needs and apply this into my work. I achieve my goals through clear boundaries, communication, compassion, being a positive role model and of course tons of love. I also believe it is of crucial importance to develop a connection and sense of solidarity early on with the children, where we are all equal in worth yet uplifting each one’s unique talents and qualities. Last but not least I always have the children’s best at heart and I will create a playful, safe and trusting environment for them where they will thrive learning and making a sense of the world around them.
I learn as much as they do in our interaction and I feel privileged to be able to work as a nanny/ babysitter/ au-pair :)

My hobbies include playing theatre (which I have dome for many years), alternative therapy, keeping healthy, writing, music and traveling.
