My name is Polyana M. , I am 26 years old, I am graduating in Law and in the future I will do a public exame to be a Diplomat.

I live with my parents and my brother in a beaultiful city called Maceió, in the state of Alagoas, northeast of Brazil.

Maceió is a wonderful city to live. It is a tourist city with the most beaultiful beachs in Brazil. In the most part of the year the weater is hot. From where I live I can see and smell the sea.

My parents are young and very enthusiastic. My mother is called Isabel and she is 46 years old. She is lovely, creative and I can say that she is my best friend. My father is called Jozinaldo and he is 48 years old. He is a lovely dad and very calm. He is always ready to help and never loses the faith that everything will be work. Both of them are real estate broken and they are always working a lot.

My brother is called Fábio and he is 26 years old. He is a good brother, determined and hard working.

We are a family that likes to travel, go to the beach, watch movies, play games and laugh a lot.

I have a family with many cousins. I am the oldest, so I always had the responsability to take care of them, bathing, feeding, playing and teaching them.

I am a calm, creative, happy, flexible, friendly and responsible young woman. I am a active person and I am always doing something and I like to help people.

In my free time I like to hang out with my friends, go to the beach, go to the cinema, theatre, read good books, ride bicycle, play sports and I love to swin and enjoy the day.

During 3 years before I started college I used to tutor for 15 kids. They were very playful. We got along very well and the hardwork was always worth by what I learned with them and their high grades.

In the year of 2008 to 2009 I started to work for Ruth taking care of her 2 beaultiful kids, called Isabelle and Ana. Ana had 3 years old and Isabelle had 9 years old. I used to take care of them 3 times per week and sometimes during the weekends when Ruth and her husband Fabrício needed to travel.

The girls are adorable. We did a lot of things together like paint, dance, play doll house, swin, read stories and do homework.

I also cooked their meals, give them bath, helped them getting dressed and helped them to clean up their mess. I really love those girls. I still visit them and they always come running to give me a hug and asking me to play with them.

Since last year I started to be a volunteer in a daycare for special people and it hás been one of the best experience in my life.

I work with 8 to 50 years old people. There are Autist, Down’s Syndrome and Hyperactive. In the beggining it was hard because they need much more attecion and careful. My duties is to feed them, help with their homework, wash their hands, brush their teeth. I also do some activities with them like play soccer, dancing, singing, paiting, do a puppet show and laughing a lot, because they are very fun.

I really love what I do and each one of them, because they are really special, not for their helth condicion, but because they own a gingant space in my heart and today I know I am a better person because of them.

I got my drive's license in 2009 and I have my own car since then. I really like to drive and I can drive to anywhere.

I want to be an au pair because I love to be around children and I love to take care of them. They are honest, very happy and I always feel good when I am with them.

I also want to learn more about the American Culture, have a new lifestyle, teach the Brazilian Culture and improve my english.

I intent to give wonderful moments of joy to your kids in my year as a au pair and a lot of good memories will be in yours mind and hearts.
