We are family who lives in Gibraltar, Spain, Israel and Estonia. We spend time between these locations. We travel often. Children are at home schooling and some traditional schools / mixed.

we have 3 children ages 8,6 and 4 (two girls and a boy).

We are looking for full time au-pair/nanny with relevant experience in children development to focus on our children development, help them to develop and be more confident, teaching, homework (reading, math etc), build activity plan for them yoga, music, ballet etc ..
it's difficult to have stable routine as we travel, yet we look for someone with some relevant education in teaching and child development who can support our children.

We speak English, and children also speak Estonian and little Spanish and Hebrew.

We follow light Jewish traditions - we are not orthodox and not religious.

Father travel frequently for business, Mother is housewife with children.

This include babysitting and basic housekeeping to tidy up after the children (we do have full time housekeeper so this is not a housekeeping job!).

Driving license is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who is positive and good energy and happy with great experience to integrate with our family.

We can flexible with terms and pay exceptionally high for the suitable candidate. We prefer a woman.
We will cover flights and accommodations.
