Hello, we are a small family of four. We are both working professionals and live in a small town in Minnesota. We would like to interview candidates via video messaging. Feel free to ask us any questions you have at that time to better understand what we're looking for and to learn more about our family.

We're looking for an AuPair or Nanny that fits well with our family, someone who is comfortable being part of our family and spending time with us, someone we're comfortable letting into our home and lives. We love spending time with our children, we are clean, well organized, and are accustomed to taking care of the details of life ourselves. However, we'd like to reduce some of the stress in our lives and free up some time.
We're primarily looking for someone to look after our children while we're working. Typically that schedule will consist of Tuesday-Thursday from 7am-530pm, Friday from 7am-330pm, and Sat. from 5pm-10pm. This is a sample schedule. It will change and require some flexibility as our work hours change, especially with the unpredictability of Coronavirus.
Looking after the children will include helping them with chores, tutoring, feeding, supervised playtime, outings, crafts, swimming, games, etc..
Our daughter does best with a structured schedule and we would expect the AuPair or Nanny to create a schedule with us that would include, art, school studies, music, swimming, outside play, language tutoring, and other fun activities.
We're also looking for someone that is willing to help out with errands, cleaning, cooking and other household tasks.
The position can be live in or out. We can provide an older car for your use or you can use your own. Pay will be dependent on live in or out, experience and education, and will increase over time based on performance.
