Hello, my name is Ashling, I am a private childminder here in Luxembourg, where I have been working with children over the past 6 years.
In 2016 I graduated with a BA from University College Dublin with a degree in English Literature and Sociology.
In 2017 I worked for one year in a Montessori Creche in Luxembourg - Creche Biobebe - as a teaching assistant for children from the ages of 0 to 4 in the mornings, and 4 to 12 in the afternoons.
During this year, I was offered training in the Montessori method, over a 6 month period. Where we learned how to use Montessori games, to teach children vocabulary and maths.
Since 2018 I have been offering private child care in the home of the families I work for. I have worked with several families, who all presented their own needs. I mostly am there to support kids after school, but also have experience in homeschooling English, teaching french to young kids, providing meals throughout the week, and cleaning.
I am now available in the morning period. And would love to find someone who would need an extra hand in the morning.
I do ask for a contract, which can be given after a trial period. And I ask for a net of salary 22 euros an hour.
