Dear Host Family My name is Astri and I am 27 years old. I live in Dubai in UAE as an aupair and this is my 3rd years to live in Dubai. I would like to be an au pair to improve my English to help me find a professional job and to make new experience for teaching kids from different countries. I would also like to travel around the world to learn about its culture and people. I have had some aupair experience of looking after eight years old girl living in Thailand. I see her 5 times a week and her parents have provided me with a good reference. She is a lovely girl. I have to prepared all she need before going to school, discussed with her teacher after school about her report, made daily activity for her, tutored her after school, help her to doing homework or exam preparation. the second experience is looking after 4 years australian boy. i see him 6 times a week and his parents treated me as like their own family. he is awesome lovely boy. i have to supervised him daily routine, prepared for him healthy snack, play with him, made schedule activity every week, teach him about pre reading and pre writing, teach him art, did outdoor activities, social activities,read him a story and put him to bed when his parents go out. the third experience is looking for 2 years UAE boy. i see him 6 times a week and his parents so kind to me. he is cute and smart boy. i have to supervised him and teach him to do life help skill as like eating by himself, make own clothes, brushing teeth, etc. learn with his teacher and teach him after school about fine motor skill, gross motor skill, pre writing, pre reading, arts, vocab and pronunciation, pretend play. I shall miss him but I am sure that I will also love your children as well. When I am not working I like to go swimming and travelling around. I also like singing and listening to music. I will be happy to help your family with some housework and ironing and I would like to go to school to study English.
