Our au pairs must pass a thorough a rigid screening process, which includes a face-to-face interview, a criminal background check, a California Personality Inventory (CPI) test and submission of three references, which we verify. Our arrival orientation includes child development, safety training and cultural adaptation workshops that exceed government requirements. Our professional network of more than 170 Community Counselors is focused on providing your family with the highest level of local support available.
